Mobility is discontinuing its transferable subscriptions and replacing them with personal subscriptions. This page explains how you as a Mobility administrator can authorise your employees to use Mobility.

Time required:

  • approx. 15 minutes for you

  • up to 2 days processing time for us to link accounts

  • approx. 10 minutes for your employees

Employees with the former “Business light” and “Business personal” subscriptions have been automatically transferred to the new product landscape.

Follow these steps to ensure Mobility access for employees with a transferable subscription:

1. Registration for Business Portal

1.1 Create Admin account in Business Portal

What you need to do: 

  • Log on to the Business Portal

  • Fill out the registration form:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address (business)

    • Password

  • Click “Continue”

1.2. Confirm email address

What you need to do: 

  • Confirm email address

  • Use the code that you received to your email address. It may take a few minutes to receive the email with the confirmation code.

  • Click “Continue”

1.3. Activate two-factor authentication

What you need to do: 

  • Enter mobile phone number

  • Click “Continue”

  • Enter SMS code

  • Click “Continue”

2. Link company with admin account and wait

What you need to do: 

  • Log on to the Business Portal

  • Go to “Link organisation”

  • Enter your personal link code: GETPZ2602ADN

  • Optionally, enter your company’s “Mobility number”. You’ll find this number at the top left of the invoice.

  • Confirm the link by clicking “Link now”

Now you need to wait – the link can take up to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you can continue.

3. Define subscription strategy

Uncertain? Choose mobilityEASY and after a while check how often your employees use Mobility. Upgrading to mobilityPLUS is worthwhile for 7 or more journeys per employee. You can switch between subscriptions at any time. Do you need help with the evaluation or would you like to change your subscription? Just send us an email to business(at)mobility.ch.

mobilityEASY is suitable for:

  • Sporadic use (less than 7 journeys per year)

  • No monthly costs, but fee for journey start

  • Best price guarantee with discounted day packages

mobilityPLUS is suitable for: 

  • Regular use (from 7 journeys per year)

  • Three months for free; afterwards costs of 9.90 CHF per person and month, cheaper drive rates in return

  • Best price guarantee with discounted day packages

Mixed teams? No problem – you can select different products for different employees. 

5. Inform employees

Send the registration link directly from the Business Portal by email to all employees who need to log in. Or communicate the link via the intranet or other internal communication channels.

Register and reap the benefits

Employees who register receive access to Mobility. They can also benefit from this access privately. Business and private utilisation remains strictly separated in all cases. Employees will receive a private invoice when they use Mobility privately.
