Get the new personal business subscription in a few steps. These instructions take you through the whole process – from registration to successful switch of all employees.

Overview:
1. Registration for Business Portal
1.1 Create Admin account in Business Portal
What you need to do:
Clink on the [Business Portal link] from your email
Fill out the registration form:
First name
Last name
Email address (business)
Password
Click “Continue”
1.2. Activate admin account
What you need to do:
Confirm email address
Use the code that you received to your email address
Click “Continue”
1.3. Activate two-factor authentication
What you need to do:
Enter mobile phone number
Click “Continue”
Enter SMS code
Click “Continue”

2. Link company with admin account and wait
What you need to do:
Log on to the Business Portal
Go to “Link organisation”
Enter your personal link code: [CODE from email]
You can enter your Mobility number if you wish
Confirm the link by clicking “Link now”
Now you need to wait – the link can take up to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you can continue.
Important note:
The following steps are only necessary in two cases.
If you have (1.) transferable subscriptions or (2.) new employees who will also be using Mobility in the future.
The products “Business Light” and “Business Personal” will be transferred by us automatically, so that you don’t need to do anything else. In the Business Portal, under “Users” > “User overview,” you can see which employees already have mobilityEASY or mobilityPLUS.
If you have transferable subscriptions or new employees who will be using Mobility in future, continue here.
Tip: The waiting time during account linking is a good opportunity to think about product selection and liability reduction (see steps 3 & 4). You will find a simple comparison of the new offers mobilityEASY and mobilityPLUS on our comparison page. You can find details on liability reduction here.
3. Define subscription strategy
Which product for which employees?
mobilityEASY is suitable for:
Sporadic use (less than 7 journeys per year)
No monthly costs, but fee for journey start
Best price guarantee with discounted day packages
mobilityPLUS is suitable for:
Regular use (from 7 journeys per year)
Three months for free; afterwards costs of 9.90 CHF per person and month, cheaper drive rates in return
Best price guarantee with discounted day packages
Mixed teams? No problem – you can select different products for different employees.

Option: Liability reduction: Yes or no?
Do your employees need liability reduction?
Our three variants for liability reduction reduce the deductible to a fixed maximum amount:

Important: The costs are incurred per person. You should therefore decide whether liability reduction is necessary and for which of your employees.
4. Generate registration links
After the confirmation mail:
Log on to the Business Portal
Select“ Users” > “Add users”
Select the desired area
Select the desired product (mobilityEASY or mobilityPLUS)
Select the liability reduction if necessary
Click “Copy invitation link” or the link “Template for the email”
Copy the invitation text and insert it in your mail programme (Make sure that the registration link has been correctly inserted in the mail template to your employees)
Send - That’s it!
Different products? Generate separate links for mobilityEASY and mobilityPLUS.
5. Inform employees
Email template for your teams:
Subject: Important: New Mobility account by 31 March 2026
Dear Team,
Our Mobility car sharing is changing from transferable to personal subscriptions.
We therefore ask you to kindly register by 31 March 2026 via this link:
Link can be generated in the Mobility Business Portal.
The transferable subscriptions will no longer be valid from 1 April 2026.
What you need to do:
Click the link
Enter personal data
Confirm – done!
Advantages:
The one-off activation fee of CHF 39.90 is not required if you register in time by 31 March 2026. So please register as soon as possible.
You can also create a private Mobility account at the same time. You can then also use Mobility privately. No monthly fees are required. You only pay if you drive privately and can then benefit from the same conditions that apply for business journeys.
In addition the one-off activation fee of CHF 39.90 is also not required here if you register privately by 31 March 2026.

Send your employees reminders: 2 weeks and 1 week before the deadline
Explain the benefits: Business car sharing works with personal logins from 1 April 2026.
Emphasise the saving: The activation fee of CHF 39.90 is not required if you register personally by 31 March 2026.
