Monica sometimes misses getting into her own car and cruising about without a specific destination in mind. Nevertheless, she has no desire to go back – and appreciates the VIP status she gets with Mobility.

Why did you switch to car sharing?
I moved to the centre of Zurich.

What concerns or worries did you have that turned out to be wrong?
I didn't have any worries. I knew Mobility would be the perfect fit.

How do you usually travel?
Mainly by public transport. I also like to use my bicycle during the warmer months if I'm moving about the city.

What does the Mobility offer look like where you live?
Very good. I use three different Mobility locations right next to where I stay.

How often do you use Mobility and for what purpose?
Between once and three times a month. To visit my family, to transport something big and sometimes to drive to the office. The latter mainly because it saves me a lot of time.

Do you ever miss having your own car?
Yes . I really like driving a car. Sometimes I miss just getting in and cruising about without a clear destination in mind. Unfortunately, that would end up being a bit expensive with Mobility.

What has been the biggest positive effect for you since you started car sharing?
I have fewer things to think about: No car washes at weekends, no tyre changes, no visits to the garage, no vehicle inspections, etc. And yet I always have a car to hand when I need one.

How could car sharing be improved?
In my opinion, the practical aspect is unbeatable. I would appreciate it if users were a bit more motivated to refuel the vehicles. I feel that this could be achieved with the help of a system for collecting points.

What would you do if Mobility's offer did not exist?
I would probably switch entirely to public transport. If I needed a car, I'd rent one from a car rental provider.

Have you had any memorable experiences using Mobility?
I live right next to Letzigrund Stadium. There are often road closures in this area when there are big concerts and events on. With a Mobility car, however, I can easily get through all the roadblocks, as I have to return the car to the location, while other cars have to take detours. That's Mobility's VIP bonus in my area, so to speak.
