Setting off
- Starting the vehicle
If you have not already done so, register at the checkpoint using the app, your SwissPass or Mobility card. To start, press the clutch, the brake and the start button to the right of the steering wheel at the same time.
Please note: It may be that too much time passes between the first login with the card and the start of the journey. Register again.
- After completing your journey
Park the vehicle in the Mobility car park,and pull the switch for the parking brake upwards. Press the start/stop button. The vehicle is switched off when the display is dark. After leaving the vehicle, lock it with the Mobility app, Swisspass or Mobility card. Check whether the doors are locked.
- Open the fuel filler flap
The lever for the fuel filler flap is located on the left-hand side in the footwell (just in front of the driver's seat). Pull the lever for the fuel filler flap upwards.
- Fuel card in the glove compartment
The fuel card is located in a holder in the glove compartment: with the ignition switched off, remove the fuel card from the holder - press the switch on the back of the holder. The PIN code then appears on the display - and you can fill up. Please put the card back in the holder after refuelling.
Alternatively, you’ll find the PIN code in the app, in the summary of the reservation in question.
- Refuelling is free of charge
Refuelling is free - the fuel card is located in a holder in the glove compartment: remove the fuel card from the holder when the ignition is switched off - press the switch on the back of the holder. The PIN code then appears on the display - and you can fill up. Please put the card back in the holder after refuelling.
Alternatively, you’ll find the PIN code in the app, in the summary of the reservation in question.
The fuel card can only be used in Switzerland and at petrol stations whose logo is printed on it and can only be used for fuel purchases:
Fuel card with Avia logo: only at Avia petrol stations
Fuel card with Shell and Agrola logo: at Shell, Eni and Agrola petrol stations. In Ticino, this card can also be used at MIGROL petrol stations.
Fuel card with BP and Routex logo: at BP, Eni and ARAL petrol stations
Fuel card with Ruedi Rüssel and Miniprix logo: at Ruedi Rüssel, BP and Miniprix petrol stations
Fuel card with Socar and Tamoil logo: at Socar and Tamoil petrol stations.
If you pay for the tank yourself, you can send us the fuel receipt - stating your Mobility number and reservation number - by e-mail to office(at)mobility.ch send. The expenses will be credited to your Mobility account.

Interesting facts about this vehicle
- Assistance systems
The vehicle is equipped with the assistance systems required by law. The assistance systems can be personalised by pressing the button (vehicle in a circle) to the left of the steering wheel at knee height. When the vehicle is ready to drive, press the button twice and then switch the assistants off or on accordingly in the centre of the display on Vehicle / Vehicle parameters / in the Driving assistant tab.
When the vehicle is restarted, all assistance systems are active again by default.
