This lawyer’s heart beats for the cooperative

Participate, help decide, get involved: it means a lot to Regina Natsch personally to serve as a delegate at Mobility. A lawyer based in Bern, she is actively involved in her regional section, contributing her experience and legal expertise to the cooperative.
The Mobility Cooperative belongs to its members – and they can actively shape the future of the car-sharing organisation. Lawyer Regina Natsch is one of around 76,000 cooperative members. We meet her in Bern, where she lives and works. Since 2025 she has been one of 150 elected delegates across Switzerland. These delegates represent the members of Mobility’s 19 regional sections at the annual conference.
A matter of personal concern
Regina Natsch is perfectly suited to the role: firstly, her professional focus is on cooperative law, and secondly, she is a very keen supporter of Mobility’s business model. “Impact-oriented economic models like this are something I care deeply about. That makes it all the more rewarding to be actively involved in shaping the cooperative’s development.” On a short outing, she also tells us why she so appreciates Mobility’s commitment to its customers – and why, just occasionally, she’s happy to opt for a convertible.
Her work as a delegate gives Regina Natsch valuable insights and new connections. “Delegates also help ensure that Mobility remains successful and innovative in the future,” she says. Each section holds regular meetings and workshops where all members can take part and exchange ideas.
«My role also involves fostering dialogue between the cooperative and its users»Regina Natsch
“My role as a delegate at Mobility is to represent members’ interests at the conference of delegates, to contribute to decision-making on their behalf, and to foster dialogue between the cooperative and its users,” explains Regina Natsch. “It’s not only about strategic issues, but also about direct dialogue and concrete feedback from day-to-day practice.”
