Online mode of electric cars: What to bear in mind

This information is intended for users of electric cars without a charging point at the location. These vehicles must always be in online mode. Find out here how to control online mode and activate it if necessary.
First of all, we’d like to say a big thank you – The project “electric cars without their own charging point” has been running for a month. It appears that the cars are regularly reserved and charged by customers. That’s great news for us.
What we’d like to ask you to do: Only use the electric cars without own charging point in online mode.. Please never deactivate this online mode, otherwise we cannot guarantee smooth operation and trouble-free use of the cars.

Offline or online?
Note the icons at the top left of the screen.
How to put the car in online mode
1. Press the “Globe” symbol at the top left of the display.
2. “Swipe” to the right .
3. Press the “Globe” symbol at the top right of the screen.
4. Activate “Vehicle/usage data”.
5. Activate “Send location data”.
6. Press “Agree”.
7. Check whether the icons at the top left of the screen now appear, indicating that the vehicle is online.
