Mobility during block times: We reserve fixed time slots for you

You know when and where your employees regularly need a car. Secure our vehicles during certain times and at certain locations. Outside your slots, the cars are available to all Mobility users.

Key points at a glance

When? Vehicles are available exclusively to your company at the times defined by you. For example, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Where? You determine the location where the cars are needed by your employees.

How much does it cost? Prices and conditions are agreed individually for each business customer. Individual reservations are invoiced at the regular Mobility rates.

How do we use Mobility? Your employees register with Mobility individually. There are no shared company accounts. After that, everything runs on the Mobility app.

How billing works

You pay a contractually agreed flat rate for the agreed block times. This means that the vehicle is exclusively available to you during the defined time slots. The amount of the flat rate is based on the agreed block times and is determined individually for each business customer.

Actual usage will be billed in addition to the relevant Mobility rate – mobilityEASY or mobilityPLUS

Important information about utilisation

Two things need to be determined for each person using Mobility.

1. EASY or PLUS?

Each person must have a subscription. There are two primary products to choose from: mobilityEASY for occasional users (no basic monthly fee) and mobilityPLUS for frequent users. As a rule of thumb: mobilityPLUS pays off from as little as seven reservations per year.

Within an organisation, mobilityEASY and mobilityPLUS can be combined as desired – depending on the mobility needs of the individual person.

2. Liability reduction: yes or no

In addition to the choice of subscription, a liability reduction cover must also be defined for each person. This reduces the policy deductible – the amount you pay yourself in the event of a claim, even if you have insurance – to a fixed maximum amount.

There are three levels to choose from: L with policy deductible CHF 0, M with CHF 250 and S with CHF 1,000 each for a monthly fee. If you only travel occasionally, you can also take out liability reduction cover for each journey instead of with a monthly subscription.

You can also waive the liability reduction. Without liability reduction, the policy deductible can amount to up to CHF 5,000 in the event of a claim.
