How the fleet solution works
Together, we define your vehicle requirements, the right models and the desired service level. Mobility provides the vehicles at your company’s premises and takes care of their operation and management. Your employees reserve and unlock vehicles using their Mobility account via the Mobility app.
Why the fleet solution is worthwhile
Having your own fleet ties up capital, incurs fixed costs and requires administrative resources. With the Mobility fleet solution, vehicles are exclusively available to you at your company’s premises – we take care of their operation and management.
And if your own fleet isn’t enough? Your employees are logged in to Mobility and automatically have access to the regular Mobility fleet throughout Switzerland. This allows you to cope with peaks in demand and tailor your own fleet to what you actually need on a day-to-day basis. This means that a smaller fleet of your own may be sufficient without compromising on mobility. Your employees have access to over 3’500 Mobility cars at any time.

Costs and terms – tailored to your needs
The costs of your Mobility fleet depend on the vehicle models selected, the number of vehicles and the service level you require. On this basis, we will prepare a tailor-made offer for you.
You also remain flexible when it comes to the term: if you opt for vehicle models that Mobility also uses in its regular fleet, these can be returned flexibly or replaced by other vehicles if needs change. For vehicle models procured especially for you, the contract period and conditions are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
If your employees also use vehicles from the regular Mobility fleet, these journeys will be invoiced separately at the agreed business conditions.
Important information about utilisation
Two things need to be determined for each person using Mobility.
1. EASY or PLUS?
In order for your employees to be able to use the vehicles, they need a Mobility account. Two primary products are available to choose from: mobilityEASY for occasional users (without monthly basic fee) and mobilityPLUS for regular driving needs.
Important for you: if a company opts for a fleet solution, mobilityEASY is usually chosen, as utilisation is already defined in the agreed terms and conditions.
mobilityPLUS only becomes interesting when your employees also drive cars from the regular Mobility fleet. These journeys are charged individually per person and subscription. As a rule of thumb: mobilityPLUS pays off from around seven reservations per year. mobilityEASY and mobilityPLUS can be combined as desired within an organisation.

2. Liability reduction: yes or no
In addition to choosing the subscription, you also specify the liability reduction cover for your employees. This reduces the policy deductible – the amount you pay yourself in the event of a claim, even if you have insurance – to a fixed maximum amount.
There are three levels to choose from: L with policy deductible CHF 0, M with CHF 250 and S with CHF 1’000 each for a monthly fee. If you only travel occasionally, you can also take out liability reduction cover for each journey instead of with a monthly subscription.
You can also waive the liability reduction. Without liability reduction, the policy deductible can amount to up to CHF 5’000 in the event of a claim.
