Why is Mobility adding 70 e-vehicles to its fleet?

By including an additional 70 vehicles, Mobility is strengthening its Economy category – a category that is extremely popular with users. The ID.3 is a versatile all-rounder for everyday use, leisure and business. With a range of over 300 kilometres, it allows for a wide variety of applications.

What role does customer feedback play in the selection process?

Feedback from users is an important part of the selection process. Customer feedback is discussed and checked and has already led to models being replaced.

Which criteria led to the decision in favour of the ID.3?

In a nutshell: Mobility has so far been very satisfied with the VW ID.3. The reliability and the positive experiences in general were convincing. In addition, customer feedback is positive over long stretches of time. These experiences boost confidence in this model and have formed the basis for the expansion.

Are the additional ID.3s planned for certain locations?

No, the vehicles will be used throughout Switzerland.

How do the existing models differ from the new ones?

The new model is the latest version of the ID.3. Performance and battery capacity have been minimally adjusted. In use, however, there is hardly any noticeable difference. Interior, software and assistance systems have largely remained the same.

Which criteria are particularly important when selecting new models?

The vehicle must meet the requirements (such as size, features, carbon footprint, price) of the relevant category in order to guarantee optimum value for money for both Mobility and its users.

How does Mobility decide on particular brands or models?

There are no obligations to any brands or manufacturers. New vehicles are selected according to defined criteria (see above). Mobility continuously checks vehicles from various manufacturers in different countries.
