- Démarrer le véhicule
Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, inscris-toi au checkpoint avec l'application, le SwissPass ou la carte Mobility. Pour démarrer, le levier de vitesses doit être en position P. Appuie sur le frein et en même temps sur le bouton de démarrage à droite du volant.
Attention: Il se peut qu'il s'écoule trop de temps entre la première connexion avec la carte et le départ. Inscris-toi à nouveau.
- Après le trajet
Gare le véhicule sur la place de parc Mobility, enclenche la vitesse P et serre le frein de stationnement. Appuie sur le bouton de démarrage/arrêt. Le véhicule est éteint lorsque l'écran est sombre. Verrouille le véhicule après l'avoir quitté avec l'application Mobility, le Swisspass ou la carte Mobility. Vérifie que les portes sont bien fermées à clé.
- Ouvrir la trappe à essence
Appuie sur le bouton pour déverrouiller le verrouillage centralisé (la serrure qui s'ouvre dans la porte du conducteur). Ensuite, le bouchon du réservoir s'entrouvre automatiquement et peut être ouvert en tirant légèrement dessus.
- Carte de carburant dans la boîte à gants
La carte carburant se trouve dans un support dans la boîte à gants : avec le contact coupé, retire la carte carburant de son support - en appuyant sur le bouton situé à l'arrière du support. Ensuite, le code PIN s'affiche à l'écran - tu peux alors faire le plein. Veuillez remettre la carte dans son support après avoir fait le plein.
Vous trouverez également le code NIP dans l’application, au niveau de la vue d’ensemble de la réservation correspondante.
- Faire le plein est gratuit
Refuelling is free - the fuel card is located in a holder in the glove compartment: remove the fuel card from the holder when the ignition is switched off - press the switch on the back of the holder. The PIN code then appears on the display - and you can fill up. Please put the card back in the holder after refuelling.
Alternatively, you’ll find the PIN code in the app, in the summary of the reservation in question.
The fuel card can only be used in Switzerland and at petrol stations whose logo is printed on it and can only be used for fuel purchases:
Fuel card with Avia logo: only at Avia petrol stations
Fuel card with Shell and Agrola logo: at Shell, Eni and Agrola petrol stations. In Ticino, this card can also be used at MIGROL petrol stations.
Fuel card with BP and Routex logo: at BP, Eni and ARAL petrol stations
Fuel card with Ruedi Rüssel and Miniprix logo: at Ruedi Rüssel, BP and Miniprix petrol stations
Fuel card with Socar and Tamoil logo: at Socar and Tamoil petrol stations.
If you pay for the tank yourself, you can send us the fuel receipt - stating your Mobility number and reservation number - by e-mail to office(at)mobility.ch send. The expenses will be credited to your Mobility account.
