In addition to the subscription fees, Mobility charges an hourly and kilometre rate per journey.
Mobility vehicles are not authorised to take a driving test or a test drive (transfer of a foreign driving licence).

Private study trips
- Valid learner's licence required.
- Accompanying person required (must also be a Mobility customer, impersonal company subscriptions are NOT permitted).
- Learner journeys may only be undertaken with an accompanying person who has reached the age of 23 and has held a Cat. B driving licence for at least three years and no longer holds a probationary licence.
- Deaf and physically disabled persons may only be accompanied by an officially recognised trainer.
- Selection of vehicles based on legal requirements.
What you pay
You pick the vehicle, we take care of the rest: Mobility’s transparent drive rates are based on the vehicle category you choose and include fuel and electricity, vehicle taxes, insurance, servicing, cleaning and repairs.

Limited selection of vehicles suitable for learning to drive in certain categories. The vehicles in the Emotion category can be booked from the age of 25. This category is not bookable for persons under the age of 25 and learner drivers.
