Vehicle categories and rates

The drive rates are based on the vehicle category you choose. This includes: refueling, charging (electric cars), motor vehicle taxes, insurance, service, tyres, cleaning and repairs.

Steps in detail

But before everything gets simpler, things get a little complex for a short time first. It’s a question of transitioning to the new model in as few steps as possible.

Forward code and link to employee

Step 1

Share your company designation, ID(s) and code(s) (which you have received from us by e-mail) and link by email to all employees who are to have access to Mobility.

Employees register

Step 2

The link sent takes employees to the landing page, where they log in and register using the code. Employees who already have a private Mobility account can use the same details (company ID, ID(s) and code(s)) to link themselves directly via the customer portal. They will be taken forward accordingly in the email and on the landing page.

You can choose this product as a company or leave it up to your employees. We have a calculator to help. mobilityEASY is the right product for sporadic use and shorter journeys (h and km). mobilityPLUS is suitable for more regular use and pays off for around seven longer journeys per year.

By entering the code, employees are automatically linked to the company or organisation. You can see who is connected at any time by accessing your customer account.
