1. What’s new?
We are standardising our business and private subscriptions to be able to make you an even simpler offer in the future. That is why we will be making the following changes from 1 March 2026:
Transferable subscriptions will be discontinued and replaced by personal subscriptions.
The Business Light product is now called mobilityEASY.
The Business Personalproduct is now called mobilityPLUS.
This makes it...
Easier: reservations and vehicle access directly via the app.
More flexible: you can also use Mobility for private purposes.
More transparent: business and private journeys are automatically billed separately.
2. What do you need to do?
Step 1: Select account type
You have two options:
Option A: Only business account
For business use only
No monthly costs
No activation fee of CHF 39.90
Option B: Business AND private account

Our tip: Choose option B with the private account mobilityEASY or mobilityPLUS. This will save you the one-time activation fee of CHF 39.90 for your private account.

Step 2: Start registration
3. Registration in 3 minutes
After clicking on your chosen option:
Enter your personal details (name, address, date of birth, e-mail, etc.)
For private Mobility accounts: Select options (Liability reduction, CO2offsetting)
Confirm – done!
Important: Register by 31 March 2026 otherwise the one-off activation fee will apply.
