Fair play rules

  • Check the vehicle for any damage before your journey and report it before the start of the journey conveniently via the Mobility app. More information: Damage claim

  • Observe the smoking ban (including e-cigarettes).

  • Remove any dirt you have caused yourself. If you find heavy soiling, please call our 24h service center at 0848 824 812 before the start of the journey.

  • Transport animals in a suitable transport container or on a blanket in the boot. Please clean and ventilate the vehicle, if necessary, before the end of the reservation.

  • Do not pass on the access media (Mobility card, SwissPass, etc.) to others; they are personal.

  • Return Mobility vehicles in good time and with at least one-third full of fuel or plug in the EV charging cable correctly.

  • Before leaving the vehicle, check that the engine and all lights are switched off, all windows and doors are closed and that the vehicle has been locked correctly.

  • Report occupied Mobility parking spaces to our 24h Service Center
    0848 824 812. Exception: A reservation confirmation for a Mobility vehicle is clearly visible behind the windscreen of the private car.
