Treetop walk, then off to Lake Cauma

A first highlight awaits you in Laax. Flims and Laax are connected by an impressive treetop path. On the 1.5-kilometre-long trail, you will find numerous ball tracks and other activities that you can do with your kids.

After you've had a look at  Laaxersee, grab the Mobility and head towards Flims. There is a visit to the "Lag la Cauma" (Rhaeto-Romanic) on the programme. If necessary, take time for a picnic - after all, the name of the lake translates into German as "See der Mittagsruhe" (lake of the midday rest). A popular destination when the weather is fine. And rightly so, because it really is the pearl of Flimsas it says on the Flims/Laax website.

And in case you're wondering what the other lake with the initial letter C near Flims is called: This is the Lake Cresta. Also worth a visit if you haven't had enough of the bright green and bright blue lake spectacle.

Discover the Rhine Gorge

A round trip through the Grand Canyon of Switzerland is a must-see - even for the Swiss. By car, you can marvel at the 400 metre deep and 13 kilometre long river from all perspectives. The tour tip from Flims Laax Faleravia Ilanz or Sagogn (shortcut) to Valendas, Versam, Bonaduz, Tamins and back again (40 km). Use the bays next to the road or the viewing platforms to take a look into the depths.

Viamala and Roffla Gorge

Would you like a little more cooling? Just a 20-minute drive to the south, the Viamala Gorge another natural spectacle awaits you. The gorge is a worthwhile destination even in bad weather.

And if you want to discover new territory away from the crowds, leave the A13 motorway at Rofla Avers-Juf. There, the lonely, but no less spectacular Roffla Gorgeon you. You should also learn about the history that led to the development of the gorge.

Graubünden holidays and Mobility are sustainably mobile

Graubünden Ferien and Mobility are responding to the growing need for clean mobility during holidays. This is how the Graubünden sustainably mobile" project started. The aim of this is to develop combined mobility consisting of public transport and e-car sharing and to establish this among holiday guests and locals. The aim of this service is to encourage people to switch to public transport for long journeys (especially the journey there) and only travel shorter distances locally by car.
