Our newsletter is emailed out to customers around four times a year and contains information on our company and its products. The Mobility Journal is our official information bulletin, and as such contains notifications of changes to aspects of our service that affect our customers, e.g. tariffs, charges, terms and conditions, etc. Customers can unsubscribe from the newsletter or the Mobility Journal at any time. Details of how to do so may be found in the relevant emails. Customers can also change their subscription settings at any time by visiting their account in the customer portal.

Mobility ensures that data relating to personal details (e.g. collected from contact forms or the newsletter) is stored securely.
