Davos in all its variations
Many people have probably not yet made it beyond Davos - but the Landwasser Valley offers much more Davos Dorf and Davos Platz. In addition to the summer and winter sports Eldorado of Davos, Switzerland's sixth-largest municipality in terms of area has other gems to discover: Have you ever been to Davos Clavadel, Davos Frauenkirch, Davos Glaris, Davos Monstein or Davos Wiesen? Thanks to Mobility, you can easily explore the Landwasser Valley in a day.
A stop in the Walser village of Monstein is a good idea. The village still has traditional wooden houses - some of which are still covered with larch shingles. There are also the typical storage units on posts. If you are in Monstein on a Friday, you should visit the highest brewery in Switzerland and the first show brewery in Graubünden. The Monstein brewery offers various activities, from brewing seminars to a beer trail. And yes: There are also non-alcoholic beers.
Hike to picturesque mountain lakes
The Flüela Pass is one of the most beautiful Alpine passes in Switzerland and is perfect for an excursion - beautiful views and stopping points included. If you have brought enough time, your hiking boots, sure-footedness and provisions, then a stop at the Wägerhütte on the Flüela Pass is a good idea. Please note: The hike takes several hours. Please inform yourself about the route and the conditions. For example, whether the hiking trails are open or whether there is already snow. This is likely to be the case at present.

If the weather is not favourable for hiking, you can take a trip over to the Lower Engadine. Stroll through the Schellenursli village of Guarda or visit the National Park Museum in Zernez.
On the Davos Klosters website you will find information on the latest excursion tips for the region.
Graubünden and Mobility are sustainably mobile
Graubünden Ferien and Mobility are responding to the growing need for clean mobility on holiday. For example, the project "Graubünden sustainably mobile" was launched. The aim of this is to develop combined mobility consisting of public transport and e-car sharing and to establish this among holiday guests and locals. For journeys to destinations that are difficult or impossible to reach by public transport, holidaymakers can hire shared cars on site. The aim of this service is to encourage people to switch to public transport for long journeys (especially the journey there) and only travel short distances by car.
Cosy mountain lake tour
Fancy a leisurely day trip to a picturesque mountain lake? Then off in the direction of St. Antönien. You drive into the village and park the Mobility car in the official car parks further back in the valley. The further back, the less walking you have to do. Afterwards you walk comfortably to Lake Partnun. The path is also suitable for pushchairs. Once at the top, there is not only a fantastic mountain backdrop and several barbecue areas, but also two boats with paddles that you can hire for a fee and manoeuvre across the lake yourself.
You can find more information about the Prättigau on the website
Mobility cars are not only available in Davos. The Prättigau can also be explored from Schiers or Landquart, for example.
Landwasser and Wiesner Viaduct
Vid and Malik are a prime example of Travelling by train through the Zügen Gorge and the historic Wiesner Viaduct is a highlight. A tip: From May to the end of October, historic RhB trains run twice a day on the Davos Platz - Filisur route.
But if you want to explore several highlights in one day, an excursion with Mobility is a good idea. In addition to the Wiesner Viaduct, you can also see the world-famous Landwasser Viaduct by car (this is not passed on the Davos - Filisur train line). The UNESCO World Heritage Site is easily accessible from the car park, even with a pushchair.
And if you want to combine train and car in a different way, park in Davos Monstein and walk through the Zügenschlucht gorge to Davos Wiesen. Afterwards, take the train back to the car. This experience also works in the opposite direction.
