Your training path with us: Diverse, personal, future-orientated

During your apprenticeship at our company headquarters in Rotkreuz, you will familiarise yourself with at least seven exciting departments. Each offers you different tasks, challenges and opportunities to develop yourself further. Here you will find an overview of the departments (in German).

Thanks to our manageable company size, you are not just a number with us: We know you personally, accompany you individually and support you specifically on your way. Our aim is for you to act independently, show initiative and take responsibility. Because it is precisely these qualities that make you strong in your professional life.

Project work across all departments

In addition to your assignments in the various departments, you will also work on a wide range of cross-departmental projects at Mobility. Every year, our trainees organise several internal and external activities, take on organisational tasks and contribute their own ideas. At the monthly trainee meetings, we exchange ideas, plan joint projects and strengthen team cohesion. You will gain valuable experience beyond your own area and develop further in an environment that encourages collaboration and participation.
