Use of image rights – all information at a glance

In order for us to be able to use the images for our online campaigns and print media, we require your consent to the use of the images. This page is for preliminary information only. The official form for transferring the image rights will be signed on site on the day of the shoot. Please use the information on this page and in the PDF to decide for yourself whether you would like to accept the terms and conditions.

Consent to rights of use of photographs and video recordings between the model and Mobility

By signing below, the model consents to all photos and footage taken by the photographer and the Mobility film team of the model, as well as the model’s first name, surname and, if applicable, status (e.g. Max Müller, Mobility customer), being made available to Mobility for unlimited use for an indefinite period (full buyout).

The images may be used by Mobility for communication and advertising purposes – including brochures, websites, advertisements, e-mailings, social media and other marketing formats.

For this, the model receives one-off compensation of CHF 500 or a drive credit to the value of CHF 600. Beyond this, there is no entitlement to any further financial or material compensation.
