Surprised Mobility customer finds baby cat in the car

Many strange things have already been found in our cars – from rifles to snake – but a busi? This has never happened before. Our colleague Natalie from Mobility Customer Service was also puzzled when the customer told her about the blind passenger on the phone. What had happened? And where did the animal come from? It was time to play detective.

The big happy ending

Natalie spoke to the local police in Vevey several times. “The officials assured me that the cat was well and that she had been taken to an animal shelter for the time being.” At the same time, she tried to reach the previous tenant of the vehicle. She was also surprised, but had an explanation: The day before, she was driving her Mobility car to a farm with friends where babies of cats were born three months ago. And one of them must have gotten into the vehicle unnoticed. “The customer could hardly believe that there was a busi on board the entire journey back.”

Finally, the well-earned happy ending: The customer who unknowingly stole the Büsi from the farm reserved the Mobility car again, drove to the animal shelter and brought the Mobility Büsi – or Mobüsi – back to the farm. She is now thinking about taking the adventurous cat as soon as it is big enough. We reckon A great idea!
