Car sharing with Mobility: insurance always on board

During each Mobility journey, you’re insured withpassenger, comprehensive and liability insurance.

Your policy deductible? With our liability reduction L, your policy deductible is 0 Swiss Francs, without liability reduction up to CHF 5,000.

Our three liability reduction product reduce your policy deductible to a fixed maximum amount: CHF 0 with L, CHF 250 with M and CHF 1,000 with S. Good to know: The policy deductible surcharges for van reservations and for young and inexperienced drivers are no longer applicable to all liability reduction products.

Details

  1. Validity: The liability reduction is valid immediately for the chosen term after conclusion.

  2. Settlement: The liability reduction cover will be added to your next invoice directly after conclusion.

  3. Transferability: The liability reduction cannot be transferred between private customers.

  4. Renewal: When it’s due to expire, liability reduction cover for 3 months renews automatically for a further 3 months. When it’s due to expire, liability reduction cover for 12 months renews automatically for one year.

  5. Termination: A termination must be submitted up to 7 days before renewal in the customer portal.

Conclude liability reduction

New customers choose the desired liability reduction cover directly when registering. Existing customers choose “Additional offers” under “Profile” in the customer portal or choose the liability reduction cover directly at vehicle reservation in the app.
