The deadline for the product switch is approaching…

It’s just two weeks away now. As of 31 March 2026, all employees will only be able to use Mobility with a personal account. That’s why now is the perfect time for an interim check.

Your to-dos: Check the Mobility Business Portal to see whether all employees wishing to use Mobility in future are registered.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log in to the Business Portal

2. Call up “Users” > “User overview”

3. Check status: Who’s still missing?

4. Follow-up for missing employees

Tip: Send a friendly reminder to everyone who has not yet registered. You can find an email template for this in our step-by-step instructions.

Invite new employees in the future:

Going forward, you can continue to invite new employees via the Business Portal so that they can use Mobility for business purposes. Our step-by-step instructions show you how.
