We are updating our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy as well as our “Fair Play and Charges”. The updates will come into force on April 15, 2026.

You will find an overview of all changes on the respective websites for our GTCs and Privacy Policy. The fee for roadside assistance due to customer fault is charged based on the actual effort, with a base fee starting at CHF 200.
