Reservations of passenger cars at home and abroad

As a Mobility customer you can make reservations onlnie from anywhere in the world via the Internet reservation page at www.mobility.ch (enter the Mobility number and the PIN-Code then follow the link "CarRental").

Please note that if you with to take advantage of your discount entitlement, you must make reservations using this link. You will also need a valid credit card. In addition you can also make reservations of passenger cars in Switzerland via the 24h-ServiceCenter 0848 824 812.

Reservations of utility vehicles

1. Call the Mobility 24h-ServiceCenter on 0848 824 812.
2. State the CarRental partner (Avis or Hertz), vehicle category, station, rental period and duration.
3. Collect car from selected station. Please note that only the person booking with his driving licence is authorised to collect the vehicle.
4. Pay the Mobility invoice. The CarRental charge for journeys in Switzerland is invoiced periodically by Mobility.
